Are you applying your full potential?
I will admit to not appying my full potential; for example, I know I would lose the weight I need to lose if I worked out harder, if I did more resistant cardio, and if I consistently ate better. I'm keeping it real. Hopefully, tomorrow is the day I do what I need to do to start losing weight.
